How We Repair Your Rock Chip.

  • We start by carefully examining the chip to ensure it’s repairable and safe to fix.

  • The damaged area is cleaned and dried to remove any dirt, moisture, or debris.

  • Using advanced tools, we inject a special resin into the chip or crack. This resin fills all the cracks and restores the glass’s strength.

  • The resin is then cured and hardened using a UV light, bonding it firmly to the glass.

  • Finally, we polish the repaired area to improve clarity and smoothness, making the repair blend in as much as possible.

What to Expect.

  • The chip is filled with resin to stop cracking and restore strength, but you may still see a small blemish, “scar,” or tiny air bubble. This is normal.

  • Most chips look 70–90% clearer after repair, depending on size, location, and how long the damage was left untreated.

  • While repairs are permanent in most cases, occasionally a chip can still spread due to stress or pre-existing damage. If that happens, we’ll credit the cost of your repair toward a full windshield replacement.
